A 17-year-old has been charged with capital murder in the fatal shooting of a man who told dispatchers he was chasing robbery suspects in north Harris County, according to court records.

Anthony Castro was arrested Friday, five days after 34-year-old Victor Thomas Gonzalez was shot and killed on John Albers Road, records show.

Castro is accused of killing Gonzalez while committing or attempting to commit a robbery.
