BEXAR COUNTY, Texas - A man was re-arrested two months after he was charged with a child sex crime because he allegedly created artificially generated child sexual abuse material, according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.

A joint investigation between the U.S. Secret Service and BCSO found James Kenneth Rogers Jr., 46, a suspect of possessing child pornography, which is considered a second-degree felony.

Rogers' initial arrest on July 8 was for an online solicitation of a minor charge.
