(KGNS) - A Laredo woman faces a felony charge after police said she shoved a disabled client out of her wheelchair at an adult day care.
Police said 34-year-old Jeanette Medina was caught on surveillance video allegedly pushing the woman, causing her to fall back and hit her head.
