LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - LP&L says an electrical outage caused by damage from severe storms Thursday affected more than 5,000 customers Friday morning.

Multiple outages were reported in the area of 73rd and Slide.

The outage started at 7:30 a.m. with all affected customers' power restored by 8:10 a.m., LP&L said.
