The Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District Board of Trustees named Rosalba De Hoyos as the lone finalist for its superintendent position.

HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) - The Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District Board of Trustees named Rosalba De Hoyos as the lone finalist for its superintendent position.
The school board voted to name De Hoyos as the lone finalist on Monday during a regular board meeting.
"I am honored by the board's confidence," De Hoyos said.
