GARRISON, Texas (KTRE) - With two weeks remaining in the regular season to secure a playoff berth, the Garrison Bulldogs earned this week's Red Zone Game Ball following a 30-28 win over Joaquin.

The victory over last year's Class 2A state runner-up improved Garrison's standing in the playoff race.

Garrison head coach Kerry Therwhanger called the performance the cleanest game his team has played this season."We finally played a clean game, no turnovers, no stupid penalties," Therwhanger said.
