United States - October 10, 2026 - The Proxy Condition by Harrison Rose Tate, published by ECS Publishing, has received the Literary Titan Gold Book Award.

The recognition highlights a work of cultural criticism that examines how digital systems shape human identity, presence, attention, and autonomy.

At the heart of the book is a familiar but often unspoken tension: people live in the physical world while also existing through digital representations that continue to influence systems in their absence.
