A man was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head Saturday night, and another man matching the suspected shooter's description was later detained after being found with a gunshot wound to the foot, Houston police said.

Officers responded around 9:30 p.m. Oct. 10 to the 5300 block of Harrisburg Boulevard, where they found the victim.

He was taken to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead upon arrival.
