LAREDO, Tex.
(KGNS) - The City of Laredo said that full laboratory results from its recent taste-and-odor investigation are now available, confirming the cause of an earthy or musty taste and smell in the water supply.
The city collected samples from raw Rio Grande water entering both treatment plants and from storage and distribution points across Laredo.
