WACO, Texas (KWTX) - An Eddy mother was arrested after having drugs and a gun at home, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by KWTX.

The arrest affidavit states that on Nov. 4, Precinct 1 constables were serving an eviction notice to Alyssa Mishelle Lewis in the 100 block of Crescent Creek Drive in Eddy, Texas.

Deputies had already entered the residence and made contact with Lewis.
