Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo is calling out Precinct 3 Commissioner Tom Ramsey over the county's newly approved property tax increase, arguing that his decision to vote against it did not stop the hike from passing.

One day after the tax hike approval, Hidalgo pushed back in an Instagram post on Friday, describing Ramsey as the only member of Commissioners Court who voted against the tax increase.

Ramsey voted against the tax rate Thursday, while Commissioners Adrian Garcia, Rodney Ellis and Lesley Briones voted in favor.
