CLIFTON, Texas (KWTX) - The Clifton Civic Center on 3rd St. is set up as the main shelter location in case another evacuation order is issued for areas surrounding the Hydra Fire near Meridian.

The Hydra Fire is 25% contained and has burned 1,100 acres.

Containment refers to the amount of area around the fire's perimeter that has been contained, not the amount of the fire that has been put out.
