MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Midland Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help identifying two men in connection with a fraud investigation.

According to Midland Crime Stoppers, a man fraudulently used a card to withdraw money from an ATM at about 7:00 p.m. on July 20.

The case is being investigated as fraudulent use or possession of identifying information.
