Seguin ISD voters gave the district the go-ahead to keep its tax rate flat while still raising additional funding for education.

In a narrow victory, constituents approved the Voter Approved Tax Ratification Election, which will allow the district to raise the maintenance and operations tax rate while lowering the interest and sinking rate in Tuesday's midterm elections.
