It seems after a while, everyone has too much stuff, especially after getting new stuff, and Gregg County Judge Bill Stoudt says the county is no different."We do about three auctions a year to rotate our equipment; older equipment, replace it with new equipment. Take good equipment and possibly trade it in, get better equipment," Stoudt said.
