LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - One person was seriously injured and another was arrested following a two-vehicle collision early Saturday morning in west Lubbock.

Lubbock police were called to the intersection of 4th Street and West Loop 289 around 12:15 a.m. for a report of a crash with injuries.

Investigators determined a pickup truck driven by 38-year-old Mark Garcia collided with a pickup truck driven by 21-year-old David Raymer inside the intersection.
