A legal battle over a proposed border security project in the Big Bend National Park region is playing out in a San Antonio federal courtroom.
"The People of La Junta for Preservation," along with members of the Lipan Apache Tribe, rallied outside the courthouse Friday morning.
A federal judge in San Antonio is set to hear arguments Friday in a legal battle over plans to build border infrastructure through parts of the park.
