JACKSONVILLE, Texas (KTRE) - Livingston's Brayden Akers finished tied for fourth for Jacksonville College at the Cherokee Ranch Golf Club on Tuesday.

Jacksonville College finished second as a team behind Tyler Junior College.

Akers, a freshman, shot a 70 in round one, 71 in round two and 76 in round three for a total of 217, five strokes behind the winner.
