The Fredericksburg High School varsity tennis team wrapped up a terrific season with an overall record of 22-4 after falling to Corpus Christi Tuloso-Midway Friday in the regional final at Annemarie Tennis Complex in San Antonio.

"The team battled windy conditions all day," FHS tennis coach Randall King said.

"Fredericksburg led 4-3 after doubles but were unable to build on the lead in singles. The final score was 5-10." The tough loss wrapped up another successful season by the Billies this fall.
