It will remain warm and humid for the next couple of days with lows near 70-degrees and daytime highs climbing into the lower 90's under partly cloudy skies.

The weather pattern turns much wetter later this week as increasing moisture levels combine with a western storm system to ramp up the rain odds for east Texas.

The remnant moisture from Hurricane Polo will enhance the rainfall amounts coming our way as we enter the month of October.
