RICHMOND, Texas (KTRK) -- For the first time, Fort Bend County taxpayers saw how much the county is willing to give up to attract a Tesla solar site.

Thursday's commissioners court agenda was an agreement with Tesla.

The agreement passed by a 4-0 vote, with interim County Judge Daniel Wong abstaining because of his business relationship with the company.
