Each year, the American Contract Bridge League Hill Country Club Unit 172 hosts a sectional bridge tournament at the New Braunfels Civic and Convention Center, drawing bridge players from across the state.

Bridge is a mentally challenging game played by four players with two sets of partners, where players try to defeat their partners with higher-ranking cards.

Now through Sunday, Sept. 13, players will be competing to win games and earn points with the goal of becoming a Life Master through the ACBL.
