The Trump administration is reportedly considering a land swap involving a small section of Yosemite National Park and a private real estate developer, though the U.S. Department of the Interior says no final decision has been made.
The proposed deal would involve Kingsbarn Realty Capital, a Nevada-based company that owns an 83-acre plot of land just outside the national park and wants to build a private road into Yosemite.
The developer would provide land of equal value in return for a parcel in Yosemite National Park, according to the Los Angeles Times.
