WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) - A third-grade teacher at Fowler Elementary is being recognized for her creativity and dedication to her students.
The Wichita Falls ISD Foundation presented Samatha Campbell with the 2026 Dorothy Moser Huffman Third Grade Creativity Award.
Campbell received a $1,000 award for her hands-on teaching methods.
