Families in the Remuda Ranch neighborhood on the far West Side say cut-through traffic has grown so severe that they've seen road rage incidents and are worried about emergency vehicles getting through.
Johnny and Jessica Rivera, who bought their home in the neighborhood in 2018, said the problem was not there when they moved in.
"It was calm, and then, slowly, Valley Ranch started exploding, and traffic did too," Jessica Rivera said.
