The Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department will host the third annual Art in the Park event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at the Butt-Holdsworth Memorial Library, 505 Water St. This free community event brings together local artists, organizations and families for an afternoon celebrating creativity in Kerrville and throughout the Hill Country.
