The Hill Country Chapter of Texas Democratic Women will hold its next meeting Nov. 10 in Kerrville, featuring a presentation on the state Democratic Party and its future.

The meeting will take place at Barnett Chapel United Methodist Church, 710 Paschal Ave. Members, guests and other interested community members can gather at 10:30 a.m. for a meet-and-greet session.

The chapter meeting will begin at 11 a.m. According to a chapter press release, the guest speaker will be Dr. Regina Vanburg, a licensed psychologist, small-business owner and former candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Texas' 21st Congressional District.
