During their Aug. 10 regular meeting, Jourdanton ISD Trustees unanimously approved using the 198 Fund Balance to fund employee retention stipends.

The stipend is $2,000 for full-time employees and $1,000 for part-time employees and will be received in November.

The JISD Board of Trustees is composed of Vance Jupe, Mike Castellano, John Garcia, Kendall Schorsch, Greg Vyvlecka, Missy Korus and Nicole Rakowitz.
