TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) - A gunman robbed a business on the southwest side of Temple early Wednesday morning before fleeing on foot, according to the Temple Police Department.

Officers responded just after 5:20 a.m. to the 3600 block of SW HK Dodgen Loop, where a man walked into a business, pulled out a handgun, and threatened an employee before grabbing a money pouch and running toward Ira Young Drive.

No one was injured in the robbery, according to Temple police.
