SNYDER, Texas (KCBD) - Energy Vault Inc. says it has started construction on an artificial intelligence infrastructure campus in Snyder for Crusoe Cloud, with an initial buildout expected to deliver 8 megawatts of modular data center capacity and a target commercial operation date in the first quarter of 2027.

The company said the first phase of the project, called Snyder AI, can be expanded to 25 megawatts in a second phase.

Energy Vault described the broader site plan as a modular platform with planned capacity expansion up to 500 megawatts.
