LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - While Lubbock health inspectors have been busy this week making their usual rounds, they've also been checking out each and every food booth at the Panhandle South Plains Fair.

There were a lot of perfect scores out there, but this week no restaurants are in those top or low spots.
