HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Two conflicting accounts emerge about an early morning crash between ICE agents and a truck driver in Northwest Harris County, one from a federal agency and one from the man's family.

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Two conflicting accounts emerge about an early morning crash between ICE agents and a truck driver in Northwest Harris County, one from a federal agency and one from the man's family.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office said the incident happened around 6:41 a.m. Tuesday in the 12400 block of Old Foltin Road in Northwest Harris County.

Luis Eduardo Villanueva Loredo, 52, is currently being held at the Montgomery ICE Processing Center.
