TERRELL COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - The Terrell County Sheriff's Office is warning residents about scam calls from individuals falsely claiming to be with the Sheriff's Office.

According to the Terrell County Sheriff's Office, officials said the caller ID may even display the Sheriff's Office phone number.

The Sheriff's Office reminds residents:Do not provide personal, financial, or banking information over the phone.
