Showers will really start to increase in coverage after midnight on Sunday, especially along and south of I-10.

Persistent moderate, to occasionally heavy, rainfall may lead to localized flooding for parts of the Big Bend, lower Trans-Pecos, and Rio Grande through Sunday morning.
