The American Nurses Credentialing Center recently awarded Peterson Health Magnet designation.
This achievement places the rural, independent hospital among the prestigious 10 percent of registered hospitals nationally that have received the nursing recognition.
Peterson Health's Chief Nursing Officer Kaeli Dressler explained the significance of being considered "Magnet." "Magnet status is very elite, less than 10 percent of hospitals have this designation," said Dressler.
