A former Sweetwater police officer was found not guilty of official oppression charges related to an incident involving a handcuffed individual.
SWEETWATER, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - A former Sweetwater police officer was found not guilty of official oppression.
Caleb Norman was found not guilty during a trial in Nolan County last month.
Norman was indicted on an Official Oppression charge in June 2024.
