HIGHLANDS, Texas (KTRK) -- A repeat DWI offender accused of injuring a family of four in a drunk driving crash is still behind bars despite online records showing his out date already past due, according to officials.

Court records show that Cruz Guerra Nolasco is accused of running a red light and slamming into a family of four at an intersection at Main Street and Wallisville in Highlands in November 2025.
