WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Waco Square, a prominent neighborhood shopping center on North Valley Mills Drive, has changed hands in an exclusive off-market transaction, real estate officials announced Wednesday.

Cromwell Commercial Group facilitated the sale of the retail center, located at 408-414 N. Valley Mills Drive.

Caleb Loudamy and Gregg Glime of Cromwell Commercial Group represented the seller, while Luke Holler, also of Cromwell, represented the buyer.
