HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- Harris County is suing the Children's Museum of Houston over an allegation that a county employee broke his neck while on an attraction at the museum, according to a lawsuit.

"(He) sustained injuries while in the course and scope of his employment with Harris County," the lawsuit reads.

The lawsuit says the employee was injured after he flipped out of a "gravity chair" on July 26. "The defendant knew or should have known of this dangerous condition," writes the suit.
