SEGUIN, Texas - Two people have been arrested and charged after police in Seguin say a woman told them the pair kidnapped her from the Katy area and sexually assaulted her.

The Seguin Police Department says officers responded to a welfare concern call at 12:47 a.m. on Wednesday where a 26-year-old woman was screaming for help.

Officers were able to find the woman at a nearby home.
