New documents are providing insight into the month leading up to the deaths of two toddlers in South Carolina.

Two-year-old Emory and 1-year-old Harlow Deacon were found starved to death last week at their Ladson home.

Their mother, 31-year-old Justine May, was arrested and charged with two counts of homicide by child abuse.
