MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - A district judge approved a settlement Nov. 2 that resolves the lawsuit to remove Terry Johnson from office.

According to a news release from Midland County District Attorney Glenn Harwood, the agreement was signed by 51st Judicial District Attorney Allison Palmer, who was appointed to handle the case on behalf of the State of Texas.

Dan Hurley, Johnson's attorney, and Greg Degeyter, an attorney for an intervening party, also signed it.
