H-E-B shelves are missing several fresh-prepared items as NatureBest Precut & Produce LLC conducts a voluntary recall of products that may be contaminated with Salmonella.
According to an H-E-B news release issued Saturday, the affected products were distributed to stores across Texas and Louisiana between July 3 and Aug. 5.
The recall was issued after NatureBest was informed by Coast Citrus Distributors that certain jalapeo peppers supplied by the company had been recalled.
