TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Crews working on the downtown Tyler improvement project are moving into their next phase, according to the City's Director of Engineering Services, Cameron Williams.

Williams said underground work on the College Avenue and Ferguson Street portion of the downtown project is largely complete, and sidewalk work is now underway.

Crews are finishing work near the federal courthouse this week and have activity ongoing on College Avenue before moving to complete sidewalk work on Ferguson Street.
