TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Tyler High School will offer a mariachi class next school year, giving middle school mariachi students in Tyler a chance to continue the music in high school.

April Griffin, dean of instruction at Tyler High School, said students can choose the class as their fine arts elective when they meet with their counselors to plan their 2027-28 schedules.
