After success in filling its first two speculative buildings in the RCR Taylor Logistics Park, Partners Real Estate is making plans for its largest building luring even more industry and jobs to Taylor.

The 573,000-square-foot building with the loading docks along the dedicated rail line is in the planning and design stages, said Mitchell Hanzik, partner and managing director for development at Partners Real Estate, a Houston-based development company.

TaylorPort 3 will join a 183,000-square-foot building now occupied by electric vehicle and robotics maker Tesla and a 366,000-square-foot structure for Compal USA Technology, the U. S arm of a major Taiwanese tech manufacturer, on the 58 acres owned by Partners.
