JEFF DAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - The Jeff Davis County Sheriff's Office released a comment regarding the dismissal of charges against a husband in the 2018 Fort Davis death.

According to the Jeff Davis County Sheriff's Office, on Sept. 15, the charges against Daniel Sullivan were dropped due to the lack of evidence connecting to him to the murder.
