ECTOR COUNTY, Texas (KOSA) - An Ector County jury found a man guilty of driving while intoxicated with an open alcoholic beverage container.

According to the Ector County district attorney's office, Sherrod McGrady elected to have the judge determine his punishment.

He was sentenced to six months in the Ector County Jail, with the sentence probated for one year, and ordered to pay a $650 fine.
