Arp parents sentenced to probation, 4 days in jail for leaving kids in hot car at Walmart
Two Arp parents were sentenced to eight years of deferred adjudication probation and four days in jail after pleading guilty to child endangerment for leaving their four children in a hot car while shopping at Walmart for over an hour.

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Two Arp parents who left their four children in a hot vehicle while they spent more than an hour shopping at Walmart were sentenced to eight years of deferred adjudication probation.
David Alan Bearden, 28, and Emily Kay Bearden, 27, pleaded guilty to charges of child endangerment in imminent danger of bodily injury before Judge Austin Reeve of the 114th Judicial District Court.
They will respectively have to spend four days in jail for the duration of their probation sentence.
