Federal, state and county law enforcement officers used a patrol unit, gun and spikes during a vehicle pursuit in Kinney County on Aug. 11 before eventually apprehending their suspects, which included an 18-year-old, a 16-year-old and two individuals suspected to be in the country illegally.
